At Spirit Journey Creations, all products are made to order, meaning each item is created specifically for you after purchase.

For this reason, we do not offer returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Personal preference

We strongly encourage customers to review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing an order.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to help.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

Once reviewed and approved, we will provide either a replacement or a refund at no additional cost.

Additional Notes

  • Items must be unused and unwashed

  • We do not accept returns sent without prior approval

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty
